Interviews should not be one of them. You are keen to impress and we are keen to hire the right person so we want to be as transparent as possible from that initial interest.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU
In the first call, you will be speaking with our dedicated talent acquisition team. Initially we will provide an overview of the company, a little history on how we got here and the direction the company is now going in. We want to learn about you, your story and how you would fit into our growing family. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the role or the company.
COMPETENCY-BASED INTERVIEW
This will be an opportunity to meet your future manager. This will be more of a deep dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
You can expect competency or technical based questions depending on the role you are applying for.
MICRO-TEACH
This section of the interview is normally for our aspiring tutors, and helps us to gain an understanding of teaching methods, and a further dive into your apprenticeship / subject specialism knowledge.
SAFER RECRUITMENT
Our Safeguarding Policy ensures the welfare and safety of children, young people and adults in LMP Group’s care or custody is always the primary consideration. As part of our safer recruitment we carry out identification, DBS and social media checks.
