Our job descriptions are written without bias in a way that is accessible to all. You will never see bias towards gender, age, ethnicity, ability or affinity in any of our roles.

Fair evaluations
During our recruitment process, we evaluate candidates privately. This is so we get a fair evaluation at each stage and don't influence our colleagues while they are making their own evaluations. Everyone is considered equally with the same questions and processes for each candidate.

Diverse Interview Panels
During our recruitment process we like you to meet some of the people you will be working with. We do our best to introduce you to people in a range of roles with varying experience.

Training
Prior to joining the organisation, mandatory training includes bullying & harassment, and equality & diversity courses. These are undertaken by every employee to join the organisation. This is followed up by annual topical refresher training, such as unconscious bias training.

Reporting & Metrics
We are always looking for ways to improve. We survey our candidates, and employees regularly, helping us shape our diversity and inclusion strategy. Any improvements we make are data driven.
