As a People Advisor in the Group People Hub team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience that empowers our people to thrive. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment, enabling our business to achieve its strategic goals.

About you
What you can offer
Experience working in a multi-site, multi-business environment, including on-site and remote working practices and understanding the challenges
Experienced in full end-to-end employee life-cycle processing and associated policies, and best practices
Proficiency in using HR information systems (Sage People preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
Experience in independently managing low-level employee relations casework
Expertise in coaching/upskilling managers on people best practices
Good understanding of employment law and a proactive approach to staying up-to-date

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships
Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands
